The present invention provides an optical disk producing sheet 1, obtained by laminating a stamper-receiving layer 11 that is energy rays-curable and whose storage elastic modulus prior to curing is from 10<3> to 10<7> Pa, and an adhesive layer 12 whose adhesive strength to polycarbonate is at least 200 mN/25mm, and whose storage elastic modulus during the curing of the stamper-receiving layer 11 is from 10<3> to 10<7> Pa. With the optical disk producing sheet 1, separation that occurs during the production of an optical disk, or during the storage of the finished product, is prevented, and warpage in the resulting optical disk is reduced. <IMAGE> |
