FOOD ADDITIVE FOR PREVENTING SPECIALIZING FAT CELL OF INFANT

A food additive for inhibition of adipocyte differentiation of infants containing fucoidan, fucose and galactose is provided to be effective in development of a brain cell and nerve cell while inhibiting adipocyte differentiation in infants. A food additive for inhibition of adipocyte differentiation of infants contains 55 to 90% by weight of fucoidan extracted from sporophyll of sea mustard, sea tangle, or Rheum Root, 5 to 25% by weight of fucose and 5 to 20% by weight of galactose in a powder form. The food additive for inhibition of adipocyte differentiation of infants also contains 100 parts by weight of the food additive for infant, 250 to 500% by weight of mannitol from seaweed and 100 to 150% by weight of soybean protein.
