An automatic noodle making machine is provided to allow an owner of a small restaurant to make one serving of instant noodles at every order taken by a customer, and offer a customer with fresh made instant noodles, as the automated noodle making machine occupies a small space to be installed and reduces distribution channel and processing costs. An automatic noodle making machine for producing one serving of instant noodles immediately, comprises a noodle-making unit(100) for producing instant noodles with a dough(1), and a steamer unit(200) for steaming and discharging the noodles. The instant noodle making unit comprises a dough hanger(110) for hanging the dough thereon, a pressing roller(130) pressing the dough into a form of a sheet, a shredding roller(140) forming the dough sheet into shredded noodles, and a cutting roller(160) for cutting the noodles per one serving. The steamer unit for steaming the noodles comprises a chain(220) and a chain gear forming an infinite course within the steamer unit, a bowl(210) carrying one serving of instant noodles and moving along the course of the chain, a water tank(240) storing water therein, a heater pipe(250) installed on a lower side of the course of the bowl and dissipating heat for the course of the chain and the inside of the water tank, and a discharge unit(260) having a discharge guide(270) tilting the bowl to discharge the noodles.
