A clutch apparatus is provided to prevent transmission of vibration generated from an engine to a clutch pedal and improve riding comfort and driving efficiency by linearly moving a rod. A clutch apparatus comprises a clutch pedal(201), a first cable(203), a rod(205), a guide(207), and a fork(209). The first cable is connected to the clutch pedal to transmit the power of the clutch pedal. The rod rotates when the first cable is drawn to be wound on the first cable. The guide, which is fixed on a fixing element of a vehicle to move the rod linearly and corresponding to the rotation of the rod, has the rod inside. The fork being in contact with the rod is rotated by the linear movement of the rod. The rod has a first screw on the outer periphery.
