A method and a system for the wireless communication of uncompressed video having a communication control protocol are provided to reduce the exchange frequencies of control messages between devices, thereby improving the processing speed of the network. A coordinator transmits a beacon signal to either the first or second devices to set the reserved schedule(1110). Thereafter, one of the first and second devices exchanges the association request/response with the coordinator(1120). Thereafter, the coordinator exchanges the connection control message with at least one between the first and second coordinators(1130). The types and number of the exchange messages depend on what any two devices are connected to perform the A/V transmission. When the control message exchange succeeds, two devices start the A/V(Audio/Video) transmission. A source device transmits the A/V data or stream to a synchronization device(1140). The first and second devices are non-coordinator devices.
