摘要 The invention relates to metal forming and can be used for development of hydropneumatic presses intended for manufacturing operations, which provide for use of technological load, which changes on the slider stroke. A hydropneumatic press contains a working cylinder installed on the bed and additional cylinder mounted coaxially to it with a piston and a stock each. The piston rod of working cylinder is connected to the piston of additional cylinder. The press also contains two accumulators connected together, each of which has signaling devices of liquid level. In this case, the press contains a water line, conduits, a drain reservoir, a manometer, a supercharger, and a pump with suction and pressure lines, a control unit, hydraulic distributors, controlled shutters and check valves. Moreover, the press is characterized by the presence of corresponding connections between structural said structural elements of the press. Also, the method of control of the pressure of compressed gas and the method of inspection of the volume of working fluid in the hydropneumatic press are disclosed. The group of inventions makes it possible to decrease the load on electric motor of pump during development and maintaining the high pressure in the water line of the drive of hydropneumatic press directly during operating cycles of movement, to reach the stabilization of operation of hydropneumatic press and decrease of consumption level by electric drive of the pump of electric power at rational configuration of technical equipment.
