An equipment for treating nonpoint source pollution water is provided to treat effectively the nonpoint source pollution water that causes severe problems environmentally without using an additional power, and a system for treating nonpoint source pollution water comprising the equipment is provided. An equipment for treating nonpoint source pollution water comprises: an inflow pipe(10) into which nonpoint source pollution water flows; a body(20) which is connected to the inflow pipe, and in which pores are formed such that the nonpoint source pollution water is purified while the nonpoint source pollution water flown in through the inflow pipe is penetrated into the body through the pores; a water storage part(30) which is connected to the body, and in which water purified while passing through the pores is stored; and a discharge pipe(40) which is formed on the water storage part, and which discharges the stored water of the water storage part to the outside by a siphon phenomenon, wherein the body includes a plurality of sludge treating pipes(25) each of which has a plurality of through holes(21) formed in a circumferential surface thereof to collect sludge discharged through the pores, and which has a sludge discharge hole formed on one end thereof such that the sludge discharge hole faces the outside so as to discharge the sludge penetrated into the sludge treating pipe through the through holes to the outside. Further, one side of the discharge pipe is connected to a bottom of the water storage part.
