A combined baby carriage and car seat is provided to protect a baby sitting on a car seat from an unexpected situation such as a sudden stop by having a belt unit with a firm structure. A combined baby carriage and car seat includes a body unit(100), a grip unit(200), driving units(300), and a cover unit(400). The body unit is composed of a bottom member(10), a back member(40), and side members(70). The grip unit is formed on an upper end of the body unit. The driving units are installed at front and rear sides of a lower part of the body unit respectively. The cover unit is coupled with an upper part of the body unit. The side members have grooves(76,78) at upper and lower ends thereof. A stopping member(230) is coupled with a connecting member(210) and an elastic member(220) fixed to predetermined positions of both ends of the grip unit. The grip unit maintains a vertical or horizontal direction by selectively coupling the stopping member with the grooves of the side members.
