An apparatus and a method for canceling parallel multi-interference noise of a mobile communication system are provided to improve accuracy in channel estimation by accurately canceling interference noise, and enhance accuracy of data by determining the case based on the improve channel estimation. A controller(240) extracts a plurality of user signals corresponding to a pilot signal having a BER(Bit Error Rate) larger than a pre-set first reference value and a SNR(Signal-to-Noise Ratio) larger than a pre-set second reference value among at least one reception signal including a user signal and a pilot signal. A plurality of noise removers, which include adders(250-250n), re-spreaders(260-260n), multipliers(270-270n), and adders(290-290n), remove noise from the reception signal based on the extracted user signals to generate a noise canceled-signal, and adds the extracted user signals to the generated noise-canceled signal.
