FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the field of cryonics. The cryonics of human blastocysts comprises to the refrigerating process of embryos from room temperature till - 6C at a speed of 2C per minute. Then the embryos are incubated at the temperature of - 6C during one minute and at the same temperature the crystallization process is triggered. Further the embryos are incubated during 9 minutes and after that refrigerated till - 35C at a speed of 0.3C per minute and displaced to the liquid nitrogen.
