An adjuster of an infusion liquid set is provided to maintain the compression of a tube simultaneously with compressing the tube inside a rotation adjuster with an adjusting portion. An adjuster of an infusion liquid set includes a couple of screw threads(14,16a) of an adjuster and an adjusting portion, an adjusting portion adjusting unit, and an adjusting portion(16). The adjusting portion adjusting unit compresses a tube installed on the adjuster(10). The adjusting portion couples a screw of the adjusting portion on the screw thread of the adjuster. A tube is installed on a recess(12) of the adjuster, and the tube is compressed by adjusting the adjusting portion in the state the screw of the adjusting portion is coupled to the screw thread of the adjuster.
