Solidified instant coffee prepared by solidifying a coffee mix with a stick is provided to enable the consumer to take coffee by dissolving the instant solidified coffee without a separate tea spoon. Solidified instant coffee is prepared by putting a stick(2) into a coffee mix(1) containing sugar, coffee and cream and then solidifying.
