A remote control system is provided to detect an error or security of remote facilities by using devices at a low cost, and prevent the devices from being damaged by overheat of a motor. A remote individual control unit(100) measures an operation state of remote facilities by audio, and if an abnormal state is detected, the remote individual control unit captures an image of the state of the corresponding facility, transmits audio and image to a central monitoring/controlling unit(200), outputs a voice transmitted from the central monitoring/controlling unit, and recognizes response information with respect to manipulation commands of the remote facilities, contact point state information and ON/OFF contact point response information of the facilities. In addition, the remote individual control unit transmits a code signal and data of a corresponding remote area to the central monitoring/controlling unit. The central monitoring/controlling unit interprets data transmitted from the remote individual control unit, matches the interpreted image information and data to a corresponding code signal, and transmits a manipulation command to the corresponding remote individual control unit with reference to the interpreted information. |
