FIELD: physics, measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is used in quality control of friction units. Production of a pinion-acoustic signal is carried out by relative movement of active surfaces of the friction units, occurring with loads, measuring a pinion-acoustic signal on a controlled article and processing the signal converted into electric form, in this case the processing consists of step-by-step filtration, dissection of the continuous signal in a spectrum, separating information frequencies and their corresponding amplitudes, multiplication of the resulting vector of diagnostic properties to the vector of the measured coefficients and forming integral regression functions of quality, whose value uniquely characterises the friction unit and serves for comparison to the calibrated value of the diagnoses of interest. ^ EFFECT: increase in the integrity of the quality control of friction units, range extension of the part type of controlled objects, and also increase in the effectiveness of the algorithm of analysis of the results of control. ^ 4 dwg |
