Subject: automatic super-efficient olive-harvesting device.Constitution: a metal base 1 and a rotor 2 adapted thereto which rotor is a shaft bearing two oppositely-positioned blades with screw threads and rotating into a specially-configurated rotor-screen 4 that is a cylindrical netting. The stator bears on its right-hand front part a large opening destined to receive the olive branches from the entry 14; on the right-hand rear part of the stator there is a second opening wherefrom the olive-free branches are conducted to the destructor 3 -which is a shaft with blades- and finally to the exit 15. Beneath the stator-and-rotor system, there is encountered the screen system 5-inclined floor 6- sorting out with the assistance of the air turbine 8 the olive fruits. On the right of the foregoing floor there is a screw conveyor 7 receiving and conducting the olive fruits to the second screw conveyor-elevator 17 which ends with a sacking system 18 and is found at the rear part of the device. All the rotating parts of the device are interconnected with pulleys, belts, chains, gears, and angle transmission, while the whole device is completely suspended from the hydraulic system of an agricultural tractor supplying rotary power to the device. |
