ELECTRICAL DUST COLLECTOR AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING THE SAME

An electrical dust collector and an air-conditioner having the same are provided to increase air-intake efficiency by improving dust collection efficiency of the electrical dust collector and easily removing collected dust. An electrical dust collector comprises a plurality of electrodes(742), to which voltage is applied, and a dielectric substance(744). The dielectric substance is disposed between the electrodes. The dielectric substance move between the electrodes while collecting charged dust. A scrapper(752) removes dust collected on the dielectric substance in contact with the dielectric substances. A motor(750) is connected to the dielectric substance such that the dielectric substance moves.
