There is described a method and arrangement destined for the internal connection of aluminium profiles 6 forming an equilateral triangular-section frame due to create a triangular prismatic sign, with no mutual contact of the aluminium profiles 6. The proposed arrangement is composed of an axle 1 whereon there is rigidly welded a fixing plate 2 whereto the one end of the equal-in-size hollow beams 3 is steadily welded whereas the other end engaging the planar surface formed by the ribs 5 of thealuminium profile 6 is connected to the aluminium profile 6 via the connecting screw 4 passing through the homo-axial apertures 8 of the ribs 5 of the profile 6 and through the homoaxial passage aperture 9 of the hollow beam 3 -the first aperture 8 being of greater diameter than the second furnished with thread as that of the screw 4. For the mounting of the profile 6 to the extremity of the hollow beams 3, the extremity of these last is introduced into the ribs 5 of the profile 6 until the apertures 8 & 9 be coincided and tightened via the connecting screw 4 through the apertures 8 of the ribs 5. The accessory 10 of the profile 6 retains the plastic part 7 of the sign and contributes to the aesthetic appearance of the connection by concealing the contact of the foregoing plastic part 7 with the aluminium profile 6. The plastic part 7 is adjacent to the two planar surfaces formed by the vertical ribs 11 & 12. |
