The arm (1) has a section (20) coupled to a windscreen wiper brush (100) of a surface (210) to be wiped. A neodymium-iron-bore or samarium type permanent magnet (30) is connected to the section, and includes an active face adapted to come in comparison with active faces (42, 43) of neodymium-iron-bore or samarium type permanent magnets (40, 41) when the arm is arranged in an extreme angular position. Each magnet (40, 41) is fixed at proximity of the surface (210). The active faces of the magnets present identical polarities. The magnets are molded in thermoplastic polymer material.
