PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable oxygen-enriched air feeder which does not require any electrical energy, and enables a supply of oxygen-enriched air having about 22%-30% oxygen concentration, 30% or more oxygen concentration depending on conditions even in the open air far apart from electric services. SOLUTION: The portable oxygen-enriched air feeder comprises a manually-operated pumping means, for example, a bellows portion and a spring, a piston and a spring, incorporating an oxygen enrichment membrane, using air as a raw material allowing air to permeate the oxygen enrichment membrane to produce oxygen-enriched air, and discharging the oxygen-enriched air from a discharge spout.
