PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for a hollow molding which does not cause changes in color appearance and allows the of use of dyes hitherto impossible. SOLUTION: The injection process for the molding comprises: using a molding assembly provided with first mold 11, second mold 12, molten resin injection part 14, cavity 13 and pressurizing fluid injection means 20; injecting a molten thermoplastic resin from molten resin injection part 14 into cavity 13 to fill part of the cavity with the molten thermoplastic resin; injecting a dye-containing supercritical pressurizing fluid from pressurizing fluid injection means 20 into the molten thermoplastic resin in cavity 13 to form a hollow; and infiltrating the dye-containing supercritical pressurizing fluid from the hollow into the inside of the molten thermoplastic resin. Thus, a molding which is made of a transparent thermoplastic resin, has a hollow, and has a dyed layer dyed with a dye from the hollow side toward the inside is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
