<p>A thenar rotary poking and pushing type massaging device includes a movable assembly and a massaging head (7). The movable assembly includes a cam mechanism and a sliding sheath (4) for securing a cam lever (6). The interface between the cam lever (6) and the cam (1) is an arc surface or a global surface. A spiral groove (3) is disposed on the axial surface of the cam lever (6). A localizer (5) corresponding to the position of the spiral groove (3) is disposed on the sliding sheath (4). The localizer (5) is a screw disposed in the screw hole of the wall of the sliding sheath (4). The head of the bolt is embedded in the spiral groove (3). Themassaging head (7) is disposed on the upper shaft head of the cam lever (6). The surface of the massaging head (7) is an arc surface or a global surface.
