A light emitting diode illumination device comprises: a heat-dissipating element, multiple fins, a diode luminous device, multiple heat-conducting el ements and a cap element. The multiple fins extend from the surface of the h eat-dissipating element. The multiple heat-conducting elements that set betw een the fins are closely adhibited the surface of the heat-dissipating eleme nt, the heat produced in operation by the light emitting diode illumination device is distributed uniformly on the heat-dissipating element and the fins by the effective heat exchange effect of the multiple heat-conducting eleme nts and then dissipated. In addition, thereis a waterproof passage in the ca p element so as to start a control circuit by passing a wire line into it. S o the illumination device is suitable to the outdoor fixing. |
