<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of surely executing "zero point setting" and preventing an erroneous puncture accident of a medical worker. <P>SOLUTION: This syringe 1 is provided with a cylindrical barrel 2, a plunger 3 advancing/retreating inside the barrel, a gasket 5 connected to the distal end of the plunger, an inner hub 7 retained at the distal end of the barrel and retaining a canula 6, and a protection cover 9 for storing the canula; the plunger has a through-hole 24 in which an inner spindle advances/retreats and a protection cover can be inserted in the through-hole at the rear part of the inner spindle. The inner spindle and the inner hub have a first engagement part 10 and a second engagement part 11 respectively, when the protection cover is inserted into the through-hole after the use of the syringe to advance the inner spindle, the inner spindle moves to the advance position relative to the plunger to engage the first engagement part with the second engagement part and then, the canula along with the inner hub are drawn inside the barrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
