<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment that dispenses with two display sections, has satisfactory portability and operability, and can reduce costs. <P>SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment has, a display casing 3 having a display section 31 on a surface, a first operation section 1 having an operation member 11 on a surface, and a second operation section 2 having an operation member 21 on a surface in lamination. The display casing 3 can be moved in a first direction to the first operation section 1, and the first operation section 1 can be moved in a second direction to the second operation section 2. The first direction differs from the second one. While the display casing 3 has moved in the first direction to the first operation section 1, the first operation section 1 can be moved in the second direction to the second operation section 2.
