<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability transparent conductive film, having the variations in the resistance completely suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film 1 has a conductive particle, comprising a first conductive particle 11 with a particle diameter larger than 20 nm, and a second conductive particle 12 with a particle diameter smaller than 20 nm, and a binder resin 15, and the average diameters R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>of the first and second conductive films 11 and 12 are such that the ratio R<SP>2</SP>/R<SP>1</SP>is in the range of 0.05 to 0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
