PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a multilayer-structured soft capsule, capable of obtaining many soft capsules in one soft capsule, in a good efficiency and stably. SOLUTION: This method for producing the multilayer-structured soft capsule of including≥2 pieces of first soft capsules in a second soft capsule is characterized by producing the first soft capsules from a first soft capsule film liquid and a first soft capsule content by a seamless capsule type forming machine, mixing the obtained≥2 pieces of the first soft capsules and a second capsule content, then forming the second soft capsules from the obtained mixture and a second soft capsule film liquid by using a rotary type forming machine.
