PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a foamed resin molded product capable of holding a subsidiary material such as a fibrous material or the like to the inner surface of a mold by an easy and inexpensive technique and not lowering the characteristics of the fibrous material. SOLUTION: The subsidiary material 4 comprises a laminate composed of layers 4a and 4b, and magnetic fibers 5 are interposed between the layers 4a and 4b in the regions facing magnets 3 and magnetically attracted by the magnets 3 to hold the sheetlike subsidiary material 4 to the inner surface of an upper mold 1 as a whole in a close contact state. After a urethane raw liquid is supplied in a lower mold 2, the upper mold 1 having the subsidiary material 4 magnetically attracted on its inner surface is mounted on and clamped to the lower mold 2 to heat and foam urethane.
