PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve DC superposition characteristics, and to prevent certainly the occurrence of the breaking of wirings. SOLUTION: A laminated inductor 10 has a structure in which a coil that circulates in spiral while overlapping in stacking direction within an electric insulator is formed by stacking electric insulating layers and inner conductors, and connecting sequentially the inner conductors. Each of the inner conductors 20a, 20b has one turn per one layer so as to overlap the neighboring on the inner edges and the neighboring on the outer edges within the same layer. The line width of each edge 30a, 30b is set as equal to or higher than the line width of an annular main body in the inner conductor. The inner edge 30b has a shape swollen toward the outer circumference side. The inner circumference side of the root portion 32a in the outer edge 30a has a bound shape. The root portion of the outer edge having the bound shape in the inner circumference side, and the inner edge having the shape swollen toward the outer circumference side have position relationship of a staggered manner.
