PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device improvable in thermoelectric conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion device comprises a first base member 2 in which first thermocouple elements 11A, 11A, ... are formed at specified regions, a second base member 3 which is pasted to the first base member 2 and in which second thermocouple elements 11B, 11B, ... are formed at specified regions, and a thermocouple group 4 in which a plurality of thermocouples 11, 11, ... are connected in series which comprises the first thermocouple element 11A and the second thermocouple element 11B corresponding to each other among the first thermocouple elements 11A, 11A, ... and the second thermocouple elements 11B, 11B, ....
