PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide algorithm and a data structure for materializing an artificial intelligence defined as "one having a sense of values and intention as a human heart, and of which intellectual thinking ability to perform logical reasoning or experiential learning is materialized by a computer," and a method for implementing divided "human heart" and "character" as function blocks. SOLUTION: There can be no perfect artificial intelligence as there can be no perfect human being, but thought and behavior which is objectively considered by a human being as a character are materialized on the computer, input data such as sounds, images, languages, feeling, and the like are stored internally as data of a status record, are processed by a program, and are output to the outside according to status. The algorithm and the data structure considered as a character when the output is received by a human being, and a technique for implementing divided "human heart" and "character" as the function blocks are provided.
