PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an intrusion monitoring system reducing frequency of warning due to erroneous detection and improving the accuracy of intrusion detection. SOLUTION: The intrusion monitoring system for detecting an intruder intruding a monitoring area 1 to be monitored is provided with: an intrusion monitoring means 2 for monitoring around the monitoring area 1; an intrusion detection part 20 for detecting the intrusion of an intruder into the monitoring area 1 by processing information from the intrusion monitoring means 2; a warning level setting part 24 for setting a warning level when the intrusion detection part 20 detects an intruder in each time band; and a warning determination part 21 for determining whether an intrusion warning is necessary or not while referring to the warning level set by the warning level setting part 24, by receiving a detection signal obtained by detecting the intruder by the intrusion detection part 20.
