PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed article that allows a lithium adsorbent contained therein to efficiently contact with a substance existing outside a capsule without being remarkably influenced by a pressure drop or the like. SOLUTION: The formed article having a plurality of cells formed in a polymer is constructed in such a manner that: (1) a lithium adsorbent or its precursor is contained in each of the plurality of cells, (2) a plurality of micropores each having a diameter in a range of 1 nm to 1μm exist and communicate with each other in the polymer, and (3) the inner wall of each of the plurality of cells does not substantially contact with the lithium adsorbent or its precursor.
