[PROBLEMS] To prevent leakage of an intermediate material disposed between panels and reduce labor required for closing gaps. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] In a double-layer structure panel, an intermediate material in a fluid state or a state solidified from the fluid state is disposed between the pair of panels. The double-layer structure panel has a female screw member (30) fitted in a through hole (16a) formed in an outer panel (16) and also has a cap (40) fitted on the female screw member (30). The cap (40) has a closed-bottomed hollow cylindrical body part (41) for closing the screw hole of the female screw member (30) and fitted in an intimate contact manner to the outer peripheral surface of the female screw member (30). The cap (40) also has an intimate contact part (42) supported by the body part (41) and adapted so that at least a part of the intimate contact part can be in intimate contact with the outer panel (16).
