<p>A rotary ring (8) is mounted for rotation about a first axis (7) substantially perpendicular to the plane (6) of the ring (8). A first drive means (14-16) includes a motor (16) for rotating the rotary ring (8). A second rotary member (10) is mounted to the rotary ring (8) for rotation relative thereto about a second axis (18) , and a second drive means (22,24-26) cooperates with the mounting ring (3) to rotate the second rotary member(10) about the second axis(18).
