<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card verification system capable of verifying the propriety of using a card such as a credit card by a simple system. <P>SOLUTION: The card verification system 1 comprises: a portable telephone 10 for inputting card inherent information about a card, transmitting the input card inherent information and displaying card usage propriety information; a usage propriety information mediation device 20 for receiving the card inherent information and providing the portable telephone with the usage propriety information; and a usage propriety information providing device 30 for generating usage propriety information on the basis of the card inherent information received from the usage propriety information mediation device and transmitting the generated usage propriety information to the usage propriety information mediation device, wherein the usage propriety information mediation device has a usage propriety information storing part 86 for storing the usage propriety information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
