PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of transmission quality caused by the combination of terminal stations when communication is performed by spatial multiplexing between a base station and a plurality of the terminal stations by a MIMO. SOLUTION: A transmission apparatus includes: interleavers 12-1 to 12-K for rearranging an input signal by each terminal station of an opposite party in communication; a modulator 21; a branch device 22; and a plurality of directivity generating devices 23-1 to 23-N for generating a plurality of spatial channels. Communication is performed by the use of not less than two spatial channels generated by the directivity generating devices 23-1 to 23-N in simultaneous communication between not less than two terminal stations. Then, transmission is performed by changing the combination of the spatial channels for spatial multiplexing not less than once in one communication frame where an application section in the temporal direction of the interleavers 12-1 to 12-K is defined as a communication frame.
