PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition and a resin molded article which are excellent in the flame retardancy, the antistatic properties, the rigidity, the dimensional stability, the external appearance and the degating, and besides has a high productivity due to no occurrence of gate-clogging, which, especially, make it possible to manufacture, in a high productivity, a minute component such as a lens-supporting member. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition comprises 50-95% by weight of (A) a polycarbonate resin and 50-5% by weight of (B) a graphite having a carbon purity of 95% or more, an average particle diameter of 50μm or less, and a content of the material having a particle diameter of 50μm or more of 50% or less.
