The arrangement (10) has an absorption body (30), a frame (40) and a thrust bearing (20) formed of concrete extending over the thickness of the bearing. The bearing extends over its length in a continuous manner and is interrupted by a cavity, where the cavity is narrow for fire penetration. The thrust bearing has a cuboid-like concrete body including height that ranges between 30 and 40 millimeter in an inserted condition. The thrust bearing has a side provided with a sliding bearing plate (50), and is concisely connected with the plate with the absorption body.
