<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive member for image formation which suppresses adhesion of paper powder, toner, etc., to a surface of an outermost layer thereof and prevents bleeding from the surface and inside of the outermost layer to prevent photoreceptor contamination, can suppress environmental variation without impairing conductivity, eliminates image quality degradation, and improves slidability, wear resistance and durability, and to provide an image forming apparatus, an image forming method and a process cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: In the semiconductive member for image formation, the outermost layer contains at least a layered inorganic compound and a conductive agent, wherein the conductive agent contains at least an electronic conductive agent and fluoropolymer nanoparticles holding an ionic liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
