PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor eliminating the need for configuring an electrode and an organic NTC element in a stratified form and being easily manufactured because the resistance value of the organic NTC element can be reduced. SOLUTION: The thermistor has an insulating substrate 11, and a power-supply electrode 12, a first output electrode 13, a second output electrode 14 and a GND electrode 15 formed on the top face of the insulating substrate 11. The thermistor further has a first upper-side organic NTC element 16, a first lower-side organic NTC element 18, a second upper-side organic NTC element 19 and a second lower-side organic NTC element 20 formed on the top face of the insulating substrate 11 while their both ends are connected electrically to the electrodes. In the thermistor, the first upper-side organic NTC element 16, the first lower-side organic NTC element 18, the second upper-side organic NTC element 19 and the second lower-side organic NTC element 20 are composed of a resin consisting of a polyimide and the mixture of a metallic oxide and carbon.
