Electric operating device (6) includes operating part (10) for actuation/operation of multiple electric functions, fitted to vehicle seat (1). The operating part (10) is disposed at an outside position of the vehicle seat (1) in a fashion such that any sitter on the vehicle seat (1) can operate the same. The operating part (10) is structured so as to allow not only axial turning operation but also slide movement operation in a radial direction. The axial turning operating structure for switching the turning position of the operating part (10) is an electric function mode switching structure allowing selection of an electric function as an operation subject among the multiple electric functions. The slide movement operation structure for switching the position of slide of the operating part (10) in a radial direction is an actuation control structure for actuation/operation of the electric function selected as the operation subject.
