The method involves processing a workpiece i.e. permanent magnet, by a machine tool and/or deriving a material by the machine tool and/or deriving the material by another workpiece, and transmitting energy into the machine tool. A reaction chain is released by the transmission of energy into the machine tool. The energy transmission is made by exerting a magnetic force on an article, where the article is provided within or outside the machine tool.
