A TFT substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the same are provided to form a heat emitting electrode in a storage electrode line, thereby achieving normal LC driving even at low temperature. Plural gate lines(121) are formed on a substrate as being prolonged in one direction. A storage electrode line(124) is formed as being prolonged in one direction between the gate lines. A heat emitting electrode(171) is formed in an upper part of the storage electrode line. Plural data lines(141) are prolonged while crossing the gate lines. A pixel electrode(151) is formed in an area where the gate lines cross the data lines.
