A refrigerator is provided to supply cooling air to an ice making device effectively by separating an ice making evaporator chamber from a refrigeration room to be near a refrigeration room door. A refrigerator comprises a main body(10) having a refrigeration room(11R), a refrigeration room door(20R) opening and closing the refrigeration room, an ice making device(40), an ice making evaporator(16) for supplying cooling air to the ice making device, and ice making chamber(21) placed at the refrigeration room door to install the ice making device, and an ice making evaporator chamber(17). The ice making evaporator chamber is positioned at one side of the refrigerator room to install the ice making evaporator, and communicated with the ice making room when the refrigerator room is closed by the refrigeration room door. The ice making room has a pair of first communication holes communicated with the ice making evaporator chamber. The ice making evaporator chamber has a pair of second communication holes connected to the first communication holes when the refrigeration room is closed by the refrigeration room door.
