PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center device that enables to accurately execute the setting of an operator terminal in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The call center device includes a plurality of operator terminals, a call center server for relaying an incoming call from an external-line telephone to any one of the operator terminals, and at least one setting-data server for executing data transmission/reception with each of the operator terminals via a network. Each operator terminal has a setting-data request means, which transmits a setting-data transmission request to the setting-data server in its initial operation, and a setting-data receiving means for receiving setting data supplied from the setting-data server after the transmission of the transmission request. The setting-data server has a setting-data storage means for storing the setting data and a setting data transmission means for transmitting the setting data to the operator terminal, being a transmission origin of the transmission request, corresponding to the transmission request.
