PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness grommet capable of sufficiently absorbing interference to a grommet main body part due to the lateral vibration of a harness and capable of securing water-proof performance although it is a contact type. SOLUTION: In the harness grommet 1 formed by having the grommet main body part 4 which covers the connector 2 outside of the harness 3 at which the connector 2 is installed and of which the bottom part is open, and a harness-insertion cylinder part 6 in order to draw out the harness 3 from one end side of a ceiling part 5 of the grommet main body part 4 to the exterior, and by bringing the open end of the grommet main body part 4 into intimate contact with a wall face 8 in the periphery of a prescribed portion when the connector 2 is fitted to the prescribe portion, a space part 11 to absorb the movement of the harness 3 in right and left directions is formed on the ceiling part 5 side of the grommet main body part 4, and the ceiling part 5 is more flexibly formed than the other parts.
