PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and receive fibers, or the like, from fresh concrete in a short time. SOLUTION: A liquid 6 is stored in a liquid tank 2 and fiber mixed fresh concrete is charged in the liquid 6 within the liquid tank 2 to stir the liquid 6 while forming fine air bubbles 61 from a fine air bubble producing part 3 by an air supply part 5. Next, when the air supply part 5 is stopped and the liquid 6 is made stationary in the liquid tank 2, polypropylene fibers float to the surface of the water, while aggregate is sedimented at the bottom of the liquid tank 2. Succeedingly, the polypropylene fibers that floated to the surface of the liquid 6 are recovered and dried.
