<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection tube insertion machine using a simple constitution which can stably pay out a cylindrical tube irrespective of the change of a diameter, when sending in a longitudinal direction the cylindrical tube which is not constant in the dimension of a diameter with respect to the longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: (a) When two pairs of pay-out parts 9a, 9b which comprise rubber rollers 18a to 18d oppositely arranged with the protection tube 31 between, and mutually reciprocate at opposite phases, the rubber rollers 18a, 18b which move forward send the protection tube 31 frontward by their friction forces without rotating. The rubber rollers 18c, 18d which move rearward override female fitting parts 33 which are different in diameter by the oscillation of oscillation arms 20c, 20d while rolling on the protection tube 31 to be sent by follower rotation. Furthermore, in a state (b) that a phase is advanced at angles of 180 degrees, operations of the pay-out parts 9a, 9b are alternated, and the pay-out operation is successively maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
