<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve analysis relating to a Web site or analysis relating to browsing while suppressing the addition of hardware or software, and suppressing the increase of a processing load at a network or client device side inside a proxy device. <P>SOLUTION: A pre-log processor 22 acquires Web access logs stored in various proxy devices with formats made different according to the various proxy devices, and executes conversion processing following the conversion rule of each of the proxy devices as pre-processing, and converts it into common log information for access automatic analysis. A log analysis processor 24 executes the statistical analysis of Web browsing based on the information of individual Web browsing to be grasped from the common log information.
