PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a substance showing interaction with respect to protein existing in a sample at a high concentration. SOLUTION: Carrier protein is separated from a sample containing the carrier protein showing interaction with respect to a molecule, the carrier protein, after separation, is decomposed and separated into peptide fragments originating from the carrier protein and the molecule having interacted with the carrier protein, and the molecule having interacted with the carrier protein is detected.
